About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to clients on HR-related matters, ensuring a deep understanding of country-specific legislation and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Respond to client inquiries and tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Follow detailed working instructions and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in documentation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Complete SOC controls on time, providing necessary evidence and supporting the investigation of system issues and defects.
- Report system issues and defects accurately, logging tickets with relevant details and evidence to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Identify and address deviations from standard scope of service, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Participate in team meetings, raising concerns and suggestions to the Service Manager.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, keeping them informed and up-to-date as needed.

- Achieve 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements.
- Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly in all interactions.
- Adhere to all security and compliance procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Display flexibility in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Exercise attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch and good English skills.
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn and grow with the organization.
