German HR Administration Specialist

Your application is being considered for a position at Alight, a company that is preparing to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. Following the completion of the transaction, this role will be part of the new Payroll & Professional Services under HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). By applying for this opportunity within the Divested Group, you acknowledge and consent to sharing the information provided in your Alight application with the new company. If selected for employment, it will be subject to a background check in line with the Divested Group's policies.
THE ROLE:
To be a valuable member of the team responsible for data management and customer services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will primarily handle HR Administration processes, Customer Care services, and provide flexible support as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer expertise in HR Administration to address client queries and ensure understanding of specific processes
- Independently carry out Data Management and Customer Service tasks based on schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accurately manage data and adhere to timelines
- Respond to Tickets and Calls within agreed timescales and quality standards
- Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and assist in their updating
- Proficiently use systems and tools
- Ensure timely completion of Service Organization Control (SOC) Controls with required evidence
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions for process understanding and implementation
- Report system issues accurately for investigation by relevant teams
- Notify Service Manager of any service scope deviations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Complete learning objectives successfully
- Accurate and timely time recording
- Adherence to Alight Security Standards
- Participate in team meetings and report issues promptly to your Service Manager
- Stay updated on all Alight HR communications
- Establish strong relationships where necessary across all lines of businesses
- Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders when required
- Engage in projects and activities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced global environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Collaborative team player with the capacity to work independently following procedures
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration
- Sound understanding of Alight and Client-specific HR Admin/Customer Care processes
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- High School/University diploma or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Proficient in spoken and written English for daily work communication
- Additional language proficiency as needed
