Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking HR Administration professional to join our team at Alight. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support and execution of data management and customer service activities, ensuring accurate and timely output.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR Administration expertise to advise on client queries and issues
  • Ensuring a good understanding of client-specific processes and tasks
  • Independently performing data management or customer service activities as per agreed calendars and KPIs
  • Ensuring data management is performed accurately and on time
  • Responding to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and to a high standard

You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. If you have a strong background in HR Administration and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently
