Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented German HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely data management and customer service activities.

About the Role

The HR Administrator will work closely with our team to provide expert advice on client queries, ensure a thorough understanding of client-specific processes and tasks, and perform data management or customer service activities as per agreed calendars and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on HR Administration processes and ensure a good understanding of client-specific procedures and tasks.
  • Independently perform data management or customer service activities according to agreed schedules and performance indicators.
  • Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Respond to tickets and calls within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timescales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in documentation, while supporting the updating of DWIs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using various systems and tools, including HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Complete SOC controls on time and maintain necessary evidence.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on client- or country-specific processes and ensure that the audience understands and can apply the information.
  • Report system issues or defects correctly and log tickets with necessary details and evidence, enabling Application Services and/or Products to investigate.
  • Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
  • Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Successfully complete all learning objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely time recording.
  • Adhere to Alight Security Standards.
  • Contribute to team meetings and promptly raise any issues to the Service Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with all relevant Alight HR announcements and communications.
  • BUILD GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL LINES OF BUSINESSES WHERE APPROPRIATE.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently, while adhering to processes and procedures.
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration.
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of Alight and client-specific HR Admin/Customer Care processes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High School/University diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of HRIS.
  • High level of English spoken and written, allowing everyday work communication in this language.
