Your application for the German HR Admin Associate position at Alight is currently being reviewed. As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize our services, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
The Role:
We are looking for a talented HR Administration professional to support our data management and customer service activities. As an HR Admin Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely output, while also providing excellent customer care services.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on HR Administration processes and tasks, ensuring a good understanding of client-specific requirements.
- Independently perform data management and customer service activities as per agreed calendars and KPIs.
- Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time.
- Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
- Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in the documentation.
- Support the updating of DWIs and ensure proficiency in using systems and tools.
- Complete SOC Controls on time and provide necessary evidence.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on client and country-specific processes.
- Report system issues and defects correctly, logging tickets with necessary details and evidence.
- Highlight deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
- Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
- Complete all learning objectives successfully.
- Accurately and on time complete time recording.
- Adhere to Alight Security Standards.
- Contribute to team meetings and raise issues immediately to the Service Manager.
- Stay up to date with all Alight HR announcements and communications.
- Build good relationships with all lines of business where appropriate.
- Update internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate way.
- Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently, while adhering to processes and procedures.
- 1 year of experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of Alight and client-specific HR Admin/Customer Care processes.
