Job Description


As an HR Support Specialist with SAP expertise, you will be responsible for providing top-notch application support to our clients, ensuring seamless integration with our SAP HCM solutions. Your primary focus will be on:



• Offering expert guidance and consultancy on SAP HCM application maintenance and support



• Managing simple tickets, providing functional analysis, and coaching team members on technical implementation



• Generating high-quality, maintainable code and customizing solutions in line with Alight's best practices



• Conducting system tests using test data to guarantee that applications meet specifications



• Creating comprehensive documentation on issues handled, both technical and functional



• Managing personal priorities, assigned tickets, and deadlines, with regular reporting to the AMO Team Manager



• Maintaining internal and external communication channels at an appropriate level, communicating status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues



• Understanding HR general flows and the SAP HR architecture


Required Skills and Qualifications


For this role, we're looking for:



• A Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian



• Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is a plus



• Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies at a fast pace



• Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resource



• Ability to multi-task, work in a changing environment, and consistently achieve quality standards



• Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability



• Commitment to the customer, the team, and the project



• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



• Communication skills in English and Italian



• Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information


Salary


We offer a competitive salary in line with industry standards, with an estimated annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience.
