We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central to join our team at SD Worx Spain.
As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP SuccessFactors solutions to our clients, leveraging your knowledge of Employee Central and HR best practices.
Your primary focus will be on implementing and configuring SuccessFactors systems, guiding clients on SAP best practices, and facilitating workshops and training sessions for client key users.
You will also collaborate with our international team to share knowledge, drive innovation, and ensure the effective transfer of knowledge to customers and application maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central
- Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs and design/configure SuccessFactors systems
- Deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and drive innovation
Requirements:
- Experience in SF EC module 4+ years
- At least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC
- SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification (plus)
- Good understanding of HR processes
- High level of English language (at least B2-C1)
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology
