Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administration Associate to join our team at Alight. As an HR Administration Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring that all HR processes are accurate and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administration expertise to advise on client queries and issues.
- Independently perform data management and customer service activities as per the agreed calendar and KPIs.
- Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time.
- Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
- Follow detailed working instructions and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in the documentation.
- Support the updating of detailed working instructions.
- Proficient in using systems and tools.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions related to client and country-specific processes.
- Report system issues and defects correctly and log tickets with necessary details and evidence.
- Highlight deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
- Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
- Complete all learning objectives.
- Record time accurately and on time.
- Adhere to Alight Security Standards.
- Contribute to team meetings and raise issues immediately to the Service Manager.
- Stay up to date with all Alight HR announcements and communications.
- Build good relationships with all lines of business where appropriate.
- Update internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate way.
- Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
