Job Title: German HR Admin Associate

Alight Inc is seeking a highly skilled German HR Admin Associate to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR administration support to clients, including data management and customer service activities.
  • Independently perform tasks and activities as per agreed calendars and KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management and customer service delivery.
  • Respond to client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR-related processes and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • 1 year experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration.
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of Alight and client-specific HR Admin/Customer Care processes.
