Job Title: German HR Admin Associate

Your application for a role within the Alight Inc group company is currently under consideration. As you may be aware, Alight has announced its intention to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). By applying for this position, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. If you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.

The Role

To contribute to the team responsible for supporting and executing data management/customer services activities, ensuring accurate and timely output. Your responsibilities will be focused on HR Administration processes and Customer Care services, with flexibility to support either as or when required.

Responsibilities
  1. Use HR Administration expertise to advise on client queries/issues and ensure a good understanding of client-specific processes and tasks.
  2. Independently perform Data Management or Customer Service activities as per the agreed calendar and KPIs.
  3. Ensure Data Management is performed accurately and on time.
  4. Ensure Tickets and Calls are responded to within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
  5. Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps/inconsistencies in the documentation.
  6. Support the updating of DWIs.
  7. Proficient in using systems and tools.
  8. SOC Controls completed on time and with the necessary evidence.
  9. Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions related to Client/Country specific processes and ensure the audience has understood and can put into practice.
  10. All system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidence so Application Services and/or Products can investigate.
  11. Highlight to Service Manager any deviations from the standard scope of service.
  12. Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
  13. Successful completion of all learning objectives.
  14. Time Recording to be completed accurately and on time.
  15. Alight Security Standards are adhered and followed.
  16. Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service Manager.
  17. Ensure you are up to date with all Alight HR announcements and communications.
  18. Build good relationships with all lines of businesses where appropriate.
  19. Update internal stakeholders, when needed, in a timely and accurate way.
  20. Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
