About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team in the Netherlands. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring that all HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR administration support to the HR team, including data management, customer service, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Ensure that all HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently, including data management, customer service, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in HR laws and regulations, and ensure that all HR processes are compliant with these changes.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
