Responsibilities:

* Use HR expertise to advise clients on payroll-related matters
* Ensure accurate and timely data management
* Respond to client inquiries and tickets within SLA timescales
* Follow detailed working instructions and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies
* Support the updating of DWIs
* Complete SOC controls on time and with necessary evidence
* Report system issues and defects correctly
* Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager

Requirements:

* 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements
* Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly
* Adhere to all security and compliance procedures and quality standards
* Be accountable and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
