About the Role

Your application is currently being considered for a position within the Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced its intention to divest its Payroll Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this role will be aligned with the new Payroll Professional Services owned by HIG Capital. By applying for this position, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. If you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the team responsible for data management and customer services, ensuring accurate and timely output.
  • Support HR Administration processes and Customer Care services, with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Use HR Administration expertise to advise on client queries and ensure a good understanding of client-specific processes and tasks.
  • Independently perform data management or customer service activities as per agreed calendars and KPIs.
  • Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time, and tickets and calls are responded to within SLA timescales.
  • Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in documentation.
  • Support the updating of DWIs and proficiently use systems and tools.
  • Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions related to client or country-specific processes and ensure the audience understands and can apply the knowledge.
  • Report system issues or defects correctly and log tickets with necessary details and evidence.
  • Highlight deviations from the standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
  • Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Complete all learning objectives and record time accurately and on time.
  • Adhere to Alight Security Standards and contribute to team meetings, raising any issues to the Service Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with Alight HR announcements and communications and build good relationships with relevant lines of business.
  • Update internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner and participate in projects and activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently, while adhering to processes and procedures.
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration.
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of Alight and client-specific HR Admin/Customer Care processes.
  • High School/University diploma or equivalent.
  • HRIS knowledge and high-level English spoken and written skills for everyday work communication.
  • Additional language(s) as required for a specific position.
