German HR Support Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented German HR Support Specialist to join our team at Alight. As an HR Administration Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of data management and customer service activities, ensuring accurate and timely output.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert HR Administration support to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of client-specific processes and tasks.
- Independently perform data management and customer service activities as per agreed calendars and KPIs.
- Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Follow detailed working instructions and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in documentation, supporting the updating of DWIs.
- Utilize systems and tools proficiently, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete SOC controls on time, with necessary evidence.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on client- and country-specific processes, ensuring audience understanding and application.
- Report system issues and defects correctly, logging tickets with necessary details and evidence.
- Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
- Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Complete all learning objectives successfully.
- Accurately and timely complete time recording.
- Adhere to Alight Security Standards.
- Contribute to team meetings, raising issues immediately to the Service Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with all Alight HR announcements and communications.
- Build good relationships with relevant lines of business.
- Update internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently, while adhering to processes and procedures.
- 1 year of experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of Alight and client-specific HR Admin/Customer Care processes.
**Essential Qualifications:**
- High School/University diploma or equivalent.
- HRIS knowledge.
- High level of English spoken and written, allowing everyday work communication in this language.
- Additional language(s) as required for a specific position.
