**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented German HR Support Specialist to join our team at Alight. As an HR Administration Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of data management and customer service activities, ensuring accurate and timely output.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide expert HR Administration support to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of client-specific processes and tasks.
  • Independently perform data management and customer service activities as per agreed calendars and KPIs.
  • Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Follow detailed working instructions and highlight any gaps or inconsistencies in documentation, supporting the updating of DWIs.
  • Utilize systems and tools proficiently, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Complete SOC controls on time, with necessary evidence.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on client- and country-specific processes, ensuring audience understanding and application.
  • Report system issues and defects correctly, logging tickets with necessary details and evidence.
  • Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
  • Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Complete all learning objectives successfully.
  • Accurately and timely complete time recording.
  • Adhere to Alight Security Standards.
  • Contribute to team meetings, raising issues immediately to the Service Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with all Alight HR announcements and communications.
  • Build good relationships with relevant lines of business.
  • Update internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently, while adhering to processes and procedures.
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration.
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of Alight and client-specific HR Admin/Customer Care processes.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • High School/University diploma or equivalent.
  • HRIS knowledge.
  • High level of English spoken and written, allowing everyday work communication in this language.
  • Additional language(s) as required for a specific position.
