About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented German HR Support Specialist to join our team at Alight. As an HR Administration Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of data management and customer service activities, ensuring accurate and timely output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR administration support to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of client-specific processes and tasks.
  • Independently perform data management and customer service activities as per the agreed calendar and KPIs.
  • Ensure data management is performed accurately and on time, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Respond to client queries and issues in a timely and professional manner, adhering to SLA timescales.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless execution of HR administration tasks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed working instructions (DWIs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in HR administration processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with Alight's HR announcements and communications, ensuring awareness of company policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including lines of business and other teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and German, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and teamwork.
  • 1 year of experience in customer care and/or HR administration, with a strong understanding of HR administration processes and procedures.
  • High school/university diploma or equivalent, with a focus on HR-related fields.
