About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AOR HR Specialist to join our team at Strada. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class payroll, human capital management, and financial management solutions to our global customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Support Managers with client engagement, ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time.
  2. Provide support and guidance for all implementations and go-lives.
  3. Provide daily functional support to the teams, ensuring the successful delivery of payrolls and owning the end-to-end payroll process with necessary sign-offs.
  4. Maintain the Client Solution workbook.
  5. Update, maintain, and enforce Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
  6. Ensure and sign off system maintenance testing.
  7. Support the review of the Statement of Works before sharing it with the client to ensure it's fit for purpose.
  8. Optimize HR administrative processes, driving efficiency and automation.
  9. Liaise with customer process leads regarding process gaps, client issues, and escalation handling to maximize client satisfaction.
  10. Resolve technical issues escalated from the team and ensure all system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with necessary details and evidence.

  12. Work with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs.
  13. Manage the legislation roadmap and ensure the team is upskilled in upcoming changes and processes are updated where needed.
  14. Support Year End.
  15. Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
  16. Proactively identify upsell opportunities.
  17. Support Management with the resolution of client escalations and lessons learned.
  18. Upskill and develop team members through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role.
  19. Adhere to security standards and follow them.
  20. Complete time recording on time and accurately.
  21. Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Operations Manager.
  22. Ensure you are up to date with all announcements and communications.
  23. Build good relationships with all lines of business where appropriate.
  24. Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned.
