Main Responsibilities
- Support Managers with client engagement, ensuring all information is accurate and provided on time.
- Provide daily functional support to teams, supporting the successful delivery of payrolls and owning the end-to-end payroll process with necessary sign-offs.
- Maintain the Client Solution workbook and update, maintain, and enforce Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
- Ensure and sign off system maintenance testing and support the review of the Statement of Works before its shared with the Client to ensure its fit for purpose.
- Optimize HR administrative processes, driving efficiency and automation, and liaise with customer process leads regarding process gaps, client issues, and escalation handling to maximize client satisfaction.
- Resolve technical issues escalated from the team and ensure all system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidence.
- Work with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage the legislation roadmap and ensure the team is upskilled in upcoming changes and processes are updated where needed.
- Support Year End and recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and support Management with the resolution of client escalations, along with lessons learned.
- Upskill and develop team members through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role.
- Adhere to Alight Security Standards and follow Time Recording procedures to be completed on time and accurately.
