We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Alight. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on HR-related matters, including country-specific legislation and tasks
* Ensure accurate and timely data management, including the completion of SOC controls and the reporting of system issues
* Respond to client queries and issues in a professional and timely manner, adhering to SLA timescales
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process improvements

Requirements

* 100% attainment of customer SLA agreements
* Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly
* Adhere to all security and compliance procedures and quality standards
* Be accountable and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
* Self-motivated and willing to learn and adapt to new situations
