About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures. This includes:

  • HR Administration: Providing expert advice on HR-related queries, ensuring a good understanding of client-specific processes and tasks.
  • Data Management: Independently performing data management activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders, including team members, managers, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school or university diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in customer care and/or HR administration.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch, proficiency in MS Office tools, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of HR administration processes, customer service principles, and data management techniques.
