Job Description

In the architecture of our Enterprise tooling, Salesforce plays a crucial role. As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with different stakeholders to make our Salesforce Suite better and more user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them to technical solutions.
  • Ensure users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
  • Responsible for business requirements gathering: workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and refine business user stories.
  • Share business and technical insights with Product Owners.
  • Gather, create, and maintain current and future business process flows for both internal use and Sd Worx' business.
  • Use an Agile methodology to keep track of projects.
  • Coordinate regularly with stakeholders, including Support Squad, Product Owners, and business owners.
  • Perform manual user acceptance testing on digital products to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.
  • Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure minimal bugs in Salesforce Suite.
  • Provide technical support to the Support Squad to resolve configuration defects.
  • Assess readiness to deploy each release.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce technology stack developments, including innovations in future releases.
  • Take ownership and follow up on projects assigned, ensuring targets are met.
  • Create test plans, documents (e.g. Release Notes, Demo Videos), evaluate, and track testing results.
  • Check the usability view of the product and ensure the best way to solve QA arising problems on projects.

Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements

  • Degree holder in IT/IT-related fields or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • SQL skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate ideas proactively and concisely.
  • Autonomous and take initiatives when relevant.
