About the Role

As a Salesforce Administrator at SD Worx, you will play a crucial role in the architecture of our Enterprise tooling. Your primary goal will be to collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and specialists, to enhance our Salesforce Suite and make it more user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Comprehend functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configuration Management: Ensure users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
  • Business Process Analysis: Gather, create, and maintain current and future business process flows for internal use and SD Worx' business.
  • Agile Methodology: Use Agile to track projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform manual user acceptance testing to ensure products meet requirements and function correctly.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the Support Squad to resolve configuration defects.
  • Release Management: Assess readiness to deploy each release and stay informed about Salesforce technology stack developments.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree holder in IT or IT-related fields or equivalent by experience.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment.
