Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Analyst to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing technical and functional problems, proposing functional corrections and adaptations, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex technical and functional problems and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Configure and customize Workday HCM and PECI modules to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Workday and HR technology
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and PECI modules, including configuration and customization
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
