As a key member of the Alight team, the Application Management Associate will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the most suitable solutions for our clients' systems. This position requires a strong understanding of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing, as well as functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in making estimates for the development of allowed ad hoc system requirements by the customer.
- Analyze questionnaires provided by the Projects teams and configure them in Payroll Exchange.
- Collaborate with the Products team in resolving issues and raising new functionalities to be added to the standard product as required by the customers.
- Ensure compliance to the Payroll Exchange standard.
- Adapt and parameterize the system solution for requirement gathering.
- Perform testing for the different phases of a project as required.
- Resolve medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application.
- Complete presented solution with newly identified needs during requirements gathering.
- Ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production).
- Monitor data migration loading with the enforced controls.
- Knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing.
- Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge in data migration processes.
- Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge and experience with the following technologies:
- WebMethods 9.2 - ESB

- Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI / PI is a plus.
