Job Summary

Alight is seeking an experienced Application Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the most suitable solution for our systems and providing necessary support and assistance for system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance in making estimates for the development of allowed ad hoc system requirements by the customer.
  • Analyze questionnaires provided by the Projects teams and configure them in Payroll Exchange.
  • Collaborate with the Products team in resolving issues and raising new functionalities to be added to the standard product as required by the customers.
  • Ensure compliance to the Payroll Exchange standard.
  • Adapt and parameterize the system solution for requirement gathering.
  • Perform testing for the different phases of a project as required.
  • Resolve medium complexity problems related to the functional environment of the application.
  • Complete presented solution with newly identified needs during requirements gathering.
  • Ensure proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production).
  • Monitor data migration loading with the enforced controls.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR pre-, post-, and payroll processing.
  • Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge in data migration processes.
  • Functional knowledge of HR concepts and technologies such as SAP HCM / Peoplesoft / euHReka / Workday / SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge and experience with the following technologies: WebMethods 9.2 - ESB, SQL, XSLT, Java, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, Javascript, Webservices (WSDL, REST).
  • Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP XI/PI not required but good to have.
