  • Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with various stakeholders within the client organization.
  • Utilize industry insights and product expertise to provide guidance on maximizing business benefits from licenses.
  • Expand into new organizations/accounts while fostering new business within the existing customer base.
  • Offer valuable insights to customers, enhancing their competitive edge in the market.
  • Continuously develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales activities through diverse prospecting methods.
  • Collaborate with Pega's partners to create compelling value propositions.

Who You Are:

You are a driven enterprise software sales professional, committed to delivering value to clients and enhancing their business process automation strategies. Your ability to challenge customer perspectives helps you quickly establish credibility, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of both clients and Pega.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Over 10 years of direct experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Familiarity with selling into Financial Services.
  • A consistent and progressive history of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong foundation in account management and pipeline development.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Automation, Digital Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Customer Relationship Management, and Case Management solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with large partner organizations.
  • Participation in formal sales training programs.
  • Proven track record of challenging and improving customer business practices.
  • Technically proficient in business automation solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
