About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Control Specialist to join our team at Zurich Insurance. As an IT Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular testing and evaluation of IT controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistent application of controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address control gaps.
  • Provide training and support to employees on control procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT control testing, audit, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
