We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Process Specialist to join our team at Teamlogic IT of Northeast Massachusetts. As an IT Security Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation and maintenance of a robust security governance framework for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Security Process Management (50% of your time): Develop and maintain security processes, define and keep up-to-date security controls, and support teams in enforcing defined processes and using tooling.
- Subsidiaries Security Integration (30% of your time): Support security due diligence, identify and report on security risks, and coordinate secure integration of subsidiaries.
- Reporting and Communication (20% of your time): Coordinate transformation programs, define communication plans, and report on team's KPIs.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in IT, including business analyst role.
- Skills: Ability to effectively present, communicate, and document information security posture to technical and non-technical audiences, experience working in small teams, and managing personal workload effectively.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in information security, security certification or training, knowledge of CIS, NIST, and ISO27001 frameworks, and experience in the air transportation industry, consulting, or telecom provider.
