About the Role

Zurich Insurance is seeking a highly skilled IT Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing independent and objective assessments of our IT control environment, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing of IT controls to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT controls into our business operations
  • Provide expert guidance on IT governance and compliance best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our IT control environment remains secure and effective
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT control testing, IT audit, or IT governance
  • Strong knowledge of IT security standards and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
