Our client, a rapidly expanding German start-up, specializes in providing a digital audit platform tailored for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. They are seeking a Sales & Enablement Manager who is eager to elevate their sales team’s capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will craft and execute impactful sales training initiatives aimed at boosting team skills and performance, mentor newcomers, and keep your team motivated with the latest sales methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that encompass all facets of the sales process (e.g., objection handling, forecasting, pipeline management, closing techniques, outbound strategies, etc.)
  • Oversee the onboarding training for new hires and conduct regular performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and coaching needs.
  • Facilitate ongoing skill development sessions to ensure the sales team is equipped for success and informed about the latest industry trends.
  • Ensure the team meets organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Train the sales team on the effective utilization of tools such as CRM systems, Gong, Miro, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders, marketing, and product teams to align training with overarching business objectives.
  • Establish benchmarking standards to maintain consistency across teams and regions, leveraging geographical insights to identify best practices and drive organizational improvement.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team, adapting training programs to address new industries, segments, and markets as the organization grows.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • 3-4 years of experience leading a training department (coaching and developing sales teams, assessing training needs, and creating training materials), preferably in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors is a plus.
  • Proven track record as an individual sales contributor.
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes, techniques, best practices, and proficiency with CRM systems and other tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed targets and foster business growth.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
