Descripción

Si eres la persona seleccionada, tendrás las siguientes responsabilidades;

Análisis continuo de las necesidades de formación de los equipos (de retail y de HQ).Evaluación constante de la eficacia de las formaciones impartidas y realización de ajustes según sea necesario.Diseño de programas de formación personalizados para cada área funcional y ejecución de los mismos.Diseño y realización del programa de onboarding a las nuevas incorporaciones.Colaboración con el departamento de recursos humanos para alinear las estrategias de desarrollo interno e implementación de programas de mentorización.Trabajo conjunto con el departamento comercial y con los equipos de tienda para enfocar las formaciones a los objetivos marcados a nivel de compañía.Actualización constante sobre últimas tendencias en tecnología de formación y herramientas disponibles en el mercado. ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Si eres la persona seleccionada, tendrás que cumplir los siguientes requisitos;

Experiencia previa mínima de 5 años como Global Training Manager en empresas de retail/lujo.Habilidades excelentes de comunicación y presentación.Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva con equipos multifuncionales.Capacidad para diseñar y ejecutar programas de formación estratégica.Familiaridad con tecnologías de formación y herramientas de aprendizaje.Enfoque pro activo y orientado a resultados.Alta capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Atención al detalle.Compromiso con las responsabilidades asignadas.Capacidad de desenvolverse con comodidad en un entorno internacional.Alta capacidad para representar los valores de la marca y convertirse en un/a embajador/a de la misma.Inglés nivel avanzado (hablado y escrito) + 2o o 3r idioma (se valorarán favorablemente Francés, Alemán o Italiano).Disponibilidad para viajar de forma recurrente. ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
