Sales Training Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Training Manager to join the Instrument and Enterprise Services Division (IES). In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to craft and deliver world-class educational programs for our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales training programs with minimal oversight, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps
- Design and implement a global multiphase, rapid onboarding training process for sales and sales leaders
- Deliver training at international, national, and regional sales meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred. (Preferable in Sales, Healthcare, Business, Management, Education, or Communications)
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in diagnostic, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or medical device sales industries
- Minimum of 5 years of sales training development and delivery experience to a global audience
- Verbal and written proficiency in English is required. Bilingual in German or French is preferred
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge and application of adult learning theory, blended learning approaches, and evaluation methods
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual settings
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms/learning management systems as an administrator
- Proficiency with sales methodologies. Certification in Miller Heiman is a plus
