Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Training Manager to join our team at Mettler Toledo Ag. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global training strategy that enhances the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our Product Inspection Division.
  • Manage and maintain a global training community, including stakeholders and competence centers in Malaysia and the US.
  • Develop and edit training materials, including video-learning content, interactive live webinars, and physical hands-on/classroom training.
  • Guarantee a global alignment of training content, format, and delivery, including harmonization and standardization of processes.
  • Continually enhance global training strategy to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development, with a strong background in adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address training needs.
  • Ability to travel, as required, to support training delivery and stakeholder engagement.
