About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CMDB Data Quality Manager to join our team at Krell Consulting & Training. This is a critical position that requires a strong background in data management and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Oversee the maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring it is up-to-date and compliant with Group processes.
  3. Ensure the quality of data stored in the CMDB, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with ServiceNow platform processes.
Requirements
  1. Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  2. Strong knowledge of CMDB management, preferably within the ServiceNow environment.
  3. ITIL certification and experience in IT service management processes.
  4. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work effectively with all stakeholders.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Proficiency in English and the local language (both written and oral).
  7. Experience in a similar role, with specific experience in CMDB management within ServiceNow.
