Krell Consulting & Training is seeking a highly skilled CMDB Data Quality Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data stored in our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain the CMDB and ensure data quality
  • Oversee the maintenance of the CMDB and ensure compliance with Group processes within the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data stored in the CMDB
  • Develop and implement data quality processes to ensure high-quality data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CMDB management, preferably within the ServiceNow environment
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and work effectively with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English and the local language (both written and oral)
  • ITIL certification
