About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Red Points. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes for our clients and ensuring their success with our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategies that boost client results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and proactive communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on company initiatives and product launches to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Monitor client KPIs and identify areas for improvement, executing on initiatives to drive growth and retention.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent or native level of English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
