Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements
  • Minimum 1.5 years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and inform sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
