About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Business Development Manager to join our team at TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for aggressively growing our leadership in the I&C / B2B solar sector in the peninsula.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Development: Lead all phases of project development, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, partners, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with strategic and large companies.
  4. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica.
  5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners, continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  6. Commercial Proposal Development: Develop and present commercial proposals, including non-binding and binding offers, to create value for our clients.
  7. Process Industrialization: Develop and implement tools to industrialize our offer and process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  1. Master's Degree: Hold a Master's degree in engineering or sciences.
  2. Professional Experience: Possess at least 7 to 10 years of professional experience in positioning sophisticated solutions and cost-benefit analyses.
  3. Project Management Experience: Have at least 5 to 7 years of project management experience in B2B solar PV.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Possess excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
  5. Language Skills: Be proficient in Spanish, with advanced knowledge of English required. French and Portuguese are appreciated.
