About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Prospecting Coach to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for mentoring new hires, designing and implementing a skills development initiative that meets the needs of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Design and implement a skills development initiative that is always-on, prescriptive, and programmatic to meet the needs of the business
  • Identify individual and team training needs and develop educational material to address these needs
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, objection handling, and business value
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to provide relevant and up-to-date prospecting advice
Requirements
  • Work experience as a sales coach, sales trainer, or similar experience in a sales role responsible for generating new business
  • Hands-on experience creating presentations (videos and slides)
  • Familiarity with role-playing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people and work across organizations
  • Problem-solving skills
  • BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, or relevant field (plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Development; preferably with technical or software companies
  • Experience with driving lead generation teams for tele-prospecting and qualification
  • Experience selling into the Enterprise and SMB market segments
  • Track record of successfully creating alignment with sales and influencing across a matrix organization
  • Proven ability to successfully effect organization change while keeping the team focused on results
  • Proven experience of using coaching to improve team performance
  • Business level English mandatory
  • Bachelor equivalent mandatory
