Emea Prospecting Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Emea Prospecting Coach to join our team at Qliktech. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to business development representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip new hires with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.
- Needs Assessment: Identify individual and team training needs to ensure that our business development team is equipped to meet the demands of the market.
- Content Creation: Develop educational materials, including presentations, talk tracks, and case studies, to support training initiatives.
- Outbound Demand Plays: Design and deliver outbound demand plays that activate key business objectives and buying agendas in the market.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Gather feedback on training initiatives from trainees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
- One-on-One Coaching: Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance on performance.
- Training Program Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, objection handling, and business value.
- Industry Trends and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide relevant and up-to-date prospecting advice.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Development, preferably with technical or software companies that have a proven track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.
- Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience creating presentations (videos and slides) and familiarity with role-playing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people and work across organizations.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple initiatives.
- Education: BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field is a plus.
- Business Level English: Business level English is mandatory.
- Bachelor Equivalent: Bachelor equivalent is mandatory.
- Pipeline Targets: Proven ability to achieve and exceed pipeline targets and objectives.
- Operational Experience: Strong operational and project management experience.
- Initiative Management: Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple initiatives.
- Mentoring and Performance Development: Mentoring, performance development, onboarding experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written, oral, and listening skills required and an ability to collaborate.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills required.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive performance optimizations.
- Technology Savvy: Able to leverage and use modern technology to improve connection and quality conversations that convert to revenue (Salesforce Lightning, 6Sense, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc).
- ROI Demonstration: Able to demonstrate ROI for Lead Generation and Demand Center investment.
