EMEA Sales Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Prospecting Coach to join our team at Qlik. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and coach business development representatives to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Design and implement a skills development initiative that addresses individual and team training needs, ensuring a high level of sales proficiency and productivity.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, objection handling, and business value, leveraging gamification, role-playing, and job simulation to assess digestion and market positioning.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance on performance, and gather feedback on training initiatives from trainees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to provide relevant and up-to-date prospecting advice, and leverage data and analytics to drive performance optimizations.
- Work experience as a sales coach, sales trainer, or similar experience in a sales role responsible for generating new business leveraging inbound demand and outbound cadences.
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (videos and slides) and familiarity with role-playing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people and work across organizations, including product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Problem-solving skills and a BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Development, preferably with technical or software companies that have a proven track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.
