Role Summary

The EMEA Sales Development Coach is essential in optimizing the performance of our business development team through effective training and mentoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultant for business development representatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members.
  • Assess and identify training needs for individuals and teams.
  • Create educational resources, including presentations and case studies, tailored to specific roles.
  • Design and implement outbound demand generation strategies that align with key business objectives, utilizing gamification and role-playing techniques to evaluate understanding and market positioning.
  • Collect and analyze feedback on training programs from participants and stakeholders.
  • Conduct personalized coaching sessions to provide constructive feedback on performance.
  • Develop and execute training modules to improve product knowledge, objection handling, and business value articulation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to offer relevant prospecting strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales coaching, training, or related roles focused on new business generation.
  • Proficient in creating engaging presentations and training materials.
  • Familiarity with role-playing methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate across various departments.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • A degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Development, preferably within technical or software sectors.
  • Experience in leading tele-prospecting and qualification teams.
  • Understanding of enterprise and SMB market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of aligning sales strategies and influencing within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change while maintaining focus on results.
  • Experience in utilizing coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in mentoring and performance development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to demonstrate ROI for lead generation initiatives.
