**Job Summary**
At Jobs For Humanity, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with corporate clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual quota targets through sales to new customers and expanding options to existing accounts.
- Establish and maintain relationships at all decision levels, identifying prospect needs and designing effective sales solutions.
- Design and implement a sales strategy, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline within the territory, ensuring profitable and ethical business practices.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in software sales, with prior experience selling enterprise deals at executive-level.
- Prior experience selling to corporate clients, with knowledge of the credit and collections/receivables industry or shared service center organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
- Fluent German and very good English language skills.
- Strong contacts and references within the industry and territory, highly preferred.
