Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our distribution channels and securing new clients and FMCG groups.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to secure new business and expand existing relationships with key accounts.
- Manage budgets and orders with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Represent the company in various forums, presenting post-implementation reviews, tactic plans, and ensuring database alignment with company requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful new product launches, migrations, or brand code updates.
- Ensure compliance with environmental protection, safety at work, fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures.
- At least 3 years' experience in new business and key accounts roles, preferably in an FMCG company with a trade channel and account management approach.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in content editing skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and CRM systems such as PowerBI and Sales Force.
- University degree, with a Master's degree valued positively.
- Excellent English language skills, with a B2-C1 level of proficiency.
