What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive sales growth and profitability for our customers and Abbott.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to grow business for customers and Abbott, attaining sales and spend goals.
  • Manage overall financial performance, including forecasting, trade spend, deductions, and markdowns.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with brand, sales strategy, and marketing teams to implement strategic growth plans.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and implement annual key account business plans, maintaining and developing customer relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of direct sales experience in the consumer product goods industry with increasing account responsibility.
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
