Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to grow business for customers and Abbott, attaining sales and spend goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to grow business for customers and Abbott, attaining sales and spend goals.
  • Responsible for overall financial management, including forecasting, trade spend, deductions, and markdowns.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with brand, sales strategy, and marketing teams to implement strategic growth plans.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve increased revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the customer, internal sales, and marketing functions for development of promotional strategies and special products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of direct sales experience within the consumer product goods industry with increasing account responsibility.
  • Fluent English is required (verbal and written).
  • Advanced knowledge of sales acumen, trade, category management, and marketing concepts.
