Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team in Murcia Region, Spain. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new assortment for Plant Maintenance Companies (PMCs) on local and country levels, implementing crop/PMC trial plans, and supporting the development and maintenance of product profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new assortment for PMCs on local and country levels, aligning with global crop trial plans.
  • Implement crop/PMC trial plans, ensuring successful introductions and quality trial plans.
  • Support the development and maintenance of product profiles, defining growing protocols and concepts before commercial launching.
  • Advise on and support introduction strategies, ensuring alignment with trial calendars and performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Horticulture.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the vegetable seed industry.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional language skills an advantage.
  • Ability to think and act at different levels, with a strong analytical and result-oriented mindset.
