About the Role

KWS Group is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team in Murcia Region, Spain. As a key member of our crop development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and improving existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new product assortments for Product Market Combinations (PMCs) on a local and country level
  • Implement crop/PMC trial plans in line with global crop trial plans
  • Provide market and competitor intelligence to inform product development decisions
  • Collaborate with breeders and sales teams to define product profiles and priorities
  • Develop and maintain product profiles, including growing protocols and concepts
  • Support the introduction of new products and ensure successful market launches

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Horticulture
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the vegetable seed industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think and act at different levels, with a results-oriented mindset
