About the Role

KWS Saat is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team in Murcia Region, Spain. As a key member of our crop development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new vegetable seed products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new product assortment strategies for local and country markets
  • Design and execute trial plans, collect data, and provide conclusions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with breeders and sales teams to develop and maintain product profiles
  • Provide market and competitor intelligence to inform product development decisions
  • Identify unique selling points of new commercial varieties and define growing protocols and concepts
  • Lead trial development specialists and provide guidance on breeding direction and selections

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Horticulture
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the vegetable seed industry
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages an advantage
  • Ability to think and act at different levels, with a strong analytical and result-oriented mindset
