Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Develop new assortment for Product Market Combinations (PMCs) on local and country levels, and implement crop/PMC trial plans in line with global crop trial plans.
- Crop Strategy and Market Intelligence: Provide input on crop strategy and market customer intelligence, and support the development and maintenance of product profiles.
- Introduction Strategies: Advise on and support introduction strategies for new products, and ensure the implementation/alignment of trial calendars.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead Trial Development Specialists and collaborate with breeders and sales teams to prioritize product development and ensure successful introductions.
- Education: Minimum of a B.S. in Agronomy or Horticulture.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in the vegetable seed industry, preferably in product development.
- Skills: Fluent English, analytical and result-oriented, with the ability to think and act at different levels.
