About the Role:

The Product Enablement team at OVHcloud is seeking a skilled Cloud Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Cloud Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering public events, such as technical trainings, to our customers, accelerating the adoption of OVHcloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mission 1: Deliver and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products to our customers during public or private events, including tutorials, theoretical training with demos, Tech Labs, and Webinars.
  • Mission 2: Create technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning).
  • Mission 3: Develop skills and knowledge in one or more areas to keep up with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions.
  • Mission 4: Act as an evangelist role with customers.

Future Impact:

  • In 6 months, you will have delivered and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products to multiple customers.
  • In 1 year, you will have mastered the skills and knowledge required to create technical training content and developed expertise in one or more areas of OVHcloud solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral communication skills in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
  • Proficient in main pedagogical principles and animation techniques.
  • Knowledge of OVHcloud portfolio products or their equivalent at a hyperscaler (cloud providers), particularly in the public cloud universe (Compute, storage, network, Kubernetes, Database as a service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and access management).
